This site is for parents of students in schools in New York City's District 1.

The content here is by and for parents. Parents can write blogs, post documents and important announcements, and participate in open discussions through mailing lists and forums.

There is a list of schools in our district, and a map of their locations.

Groups like the CEC, Presidents' Council, P(T)As, school clubs and others are invited to create pages here and exchange messages and documents. However, this site is not affiliated with any of these organizations, and is solely an independent, parent-run effort.

If you register for an account here, you can have access to more features. Absolutely no personal information will be shared with any third parties, and no one will ever use your information to contact you to sell products, services, etc. The main reason to have an account here is so that you can add and edit content yourself. If you don't see something here that should be here, get busy and add it! Let's make this useful for all of us.
